This policy applies to WTFoto M1 by ChaseSWA.

Photos and captions
M1 stores photos captured in the app, captions, favorites, and editing information in the app’s local storage. M1 does not browse your Apple Photos library or identify people by name. Facial editing tools analyze facial regions on-device to apply visual effects; they do not identify individuals.

Camera, microphone, speech, and motion
The camera takes photos. Microphone and speech-recognition permissions enable spoken captions and commands. Speech recognition uses Apple’s on-device recognition when supported. When on-device recognition is unavailable, Apple’s speech service may process audio under Apple’s permissions and privacy practices. ChaseSWA does not operate a server that receives your photos, captions, or microphone audio. Motion data helps position the live camera’s fly effect and is not sent to ChaseSWA.

Sharing and deletion
Photos and captions leave the app when you choose to share them using another app or service. That destination’s privacy policy then applies. Deleted photos move to the app’s Trash and can be restored during its retention period. Permanent deletion removes the local photo, edit-original backup, and caption. Device backups are managed by your device and Apple settings; removing the app may remove its local photo library.

Purchases and settings
Apple processes the optional US$1.99 monthly auto-renewable subscription. The app reads purchase entitlement information to unlock features. ChaseSWA does not receive your payment card details. App settings and usage-time records are stored locally.

Analytics and advertising
M1 does not include advertising or third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
